Brand identity
User experience
As a visual designer, I helped Alaska Airlines rebrand, ensuring a cohesive, user-friendly identity across web, mobile, airports, and social media. Through collaboration, testing, and strategic design, I crafted visuals that welcomed travelers and boosted engagement.
Engaging 404
Redesign
Turned 404 errors into brand wins. I redesigned Alaska’s 404 page to be personable, collaborating with designers and copywriters for on-brand charm. Iterations, refined via team feedback, boosted user trust and conversions, making mishaps memorable — still in use today

Localized Hero
Imagery
Personalized visuals for key markets. I curated over 20 geo-targeted hero images for cities like Hawaii and New York, using brand guidelines. UserTesting.com and InVision feedback shaped selections, ensuring authentic, stakeholder-approved designs that resonated locally.
Innovative Persona
Cards
Transformed data into delightful tools. I designed persona baseball cards and A4 PDFs from traveler data, empowering Alaska’s teams. These visuals fueled customer-centric decisions, bridging UX, development, and strategy with clear, engaging presentations.

Soothing Inflight Animations
Crafted calming inflight intros. I created two motion sequences for Alaska’s entertainment channels, balancing brand guidelines with viewer comfort. Collaborative refinements ensured animations felt fresh yet familiar, enhancing the travel experience across flights.
